Working on an outsourced project is often the stepping stone to considering relocation.

Outsourced projects staffed with two or more team members often have a lead consultant assigned to coordinate with the customer. Lead consultants have hands-on roles in the day-to-day running of client projects: they lead the team, review proposals, provide solutions to problems and decide on the way forward, acting as the liaison between the client and the team.

They work directly with the client to clearly understand its needs and propose possible solutions. The team receives and works on the client’s information through the lead consultant.

We execute projects as small as a single engineer up to double-digit teams. In general, teams count from three team members for average-size projects to seven. Larger teams are usually composed of sub-teams. Project size and customer preferences determine the team size and its dynamics.
